Stay clear of any hot or moving parts. Do not make any sharp bends.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eNext, remove your electric actuator, you can unplug it and disregard it or even simply strap it up inside the machine and leave it plugged in and out of the way. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eInstall the pull cable into the manual actuator, put the o-ring on the back of the actuator. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eMount the Sure 4 manual 4x4 actuator onto your differential using the two new screws supplied.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eTest the movement of the actuator, you must have the front wheels off the ground to do this, start to shift into 4WD, rotate the front wheels with your foot while applying a small amount of pressure to the lever to shift into 4WD, it should slide into 4WD easily when the gears inside your differential line up and allow them to slide together. This is the same process for shifting into Diff Lock. NEVER FORCE THE SHIFT LEVER.
