Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will typically begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Typical estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, high package volume, or other transit issues.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping to select countries.
Please note:
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
- International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, we cannot guarantee the carrier will be able to reroute the package.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we are happy to assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- Your order number
This allows us to review the issue and resolve it quickly.
Shipping During Sales & Promotions
During sales events, promotions, or holiday periods, order volume may be significantly higher than usual. Processing and shipping times may take slightly longer during these periods.
We appreciate your patience and will always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.
