This kit now includes the Honda Sure 4 2.0 version. We are always updating and improving our kits to give you the best products out there. Included in the 2.0 version is our updated Sure 4 actuator with stronger springs and adjustable spring positioning, new seals, gaskets, clamps and rubber bellows on the cable. 

Never have 4WD issues again!  The Honda Sure 4 Ultimate Kit combines all of our best products/upgrades into one custom package.  This kit eliminates all electric components associated with your OEM 4WD system.  Our Honda Ultimate Kit comes with all of the best upgrades for your manual 4WD conversion!

There are 2 versions of this kit depending on whether your vehicle has a “High-Low Gear Selector”.  Please make sure to select the appropriate option. 

The Sure 4 manual actuator replaces your faulty electronic actuator.  Our Sure 4 is controlled with the supplied Side Shifter.  When you squeeze the knob and shift into 4WD or Diff Lock the stainless steel pull cable will rotate the Sure 4 actuator and shift your differential.

Your display lights will function properly with this kit.

NEVER FORCE YOUR SHIFTER!  When the gears inside the differential are lined up, the lever will easily slide into position You can switch into 4WD and Diff Lock while moving slow (5 MPH MAX!) and turning your handle bars.

Functional, reliable, and comes with a limited life-time guarantee!

Great customer service!!

I bought this kit once I started having the common electric issue with the 4wd on my Rubi. The install is so easy bc of the breakdowns in the videos! It works amazingly! The only thing I would recommend is a video showing the install of the new upgraded kit, or at least one showing the differences. BTW, if you are having ANY problems or have ANY questions just reach out to the company to chat. They are awesome in responding and even responded at 10:30 one night!! I bought the Ultimate kit for my 2018 Rubicon

Sure 4 ultimate kit

After this kit was installed about a year later the actuator started leaking. I called knight ATV and they said it was a common issue and told me to replace the o rings. So I bought o rings and replaced them. This issue still occurs. I’m very dissatisfied.

Hi Michal, our seals do not leak, it is common for a leak to occur if your vent tubes are clogged or diff fluid is overfilled. Our kits are 100% waterproof. Call/text/email/message us and we will figure out what is leaking and help you fix it.
