Our Teryx Sure 4 Combo kit is our premier 4WD manual conversion kit for your Kawasaki Teryx. Get rid of all those faulty electronics and never have 4WD issues again!

Included with this kit is our Sure 4 manual actuator that replaces your OEM electronic actuator. Comes with our unique 2wd/4wd/diff lock console mounted shift lever that adds a factory installed / sports package look and feel while riding.

This kit also comes with our Diff Speed Limit Bypass which allows you to drive over 14MPH while in diff lock.

And finally, the dashboard plate replaces your OEM switch. This comes with a LED indicator light that is activated when you shift into diff lock.

this is a great product and is a must have for a Teryx 800 owner

this is a great product and is a must have for a Teryx 800 owner. kit would have gotten 5 stars if 3 things were better. 1- kit has cheap terminals going to the front diff. they fit loosely and i had an engine light come on for 4wd problem. wire came loose while riding. should come with some coated or marine bullet connectors. do yourself a favor and change them before you start. 2- the clip on the shaft (that the cable spins and goes in diff), falls off repeatedly while you install and adjust cables. what a pain in the you know what. 3- cheap flimsy shifter bracket and plate. you can see it flex and move when you shift. just feels cheap and seems like it will break soon. an option to upgrade to a metal bracket would be great! i would buy that upgrade. install isn't too bad. cable adjustment is the main time consumer (after interior removal) make sure you get that adjustment right! works great so far.

We used the best connectors we could, I'm sorry yours came loose. We will look into better ones.
That clip should not have been falling off, if it was not working properly we can send you a new clip.
We switched to plastic shifter brackets because our metal ones were scratching the shift levers and customers were complaining.

Very well made. Removing all the plastics for the installation was the hardest part. Unit works as advertised and is a great solution for the failed electric actuator.

Fit and quality of parts were top notch. Instalation video is very helpful. Everything works as it should. I were to change anything, possibly slightly better connections where harness plugs into front diff. Like factory connections. Also a couple more stickers for what the kit costs.
